Who We Are
Self-Help Development Facilitators (SEDFA) is a development-focused NGO committed to creating sustainable solutions that improve governance, strengthen institutions, empower communities, and promote inclusive development across Nigeria and Africa.

A Legacy of People-Centered Development
Founded by Dr. Adolphe O. Amadi and Dr. (Mrs.) Rose Amadi, SEDFA promotes people-centered development, democratic governance, community participation, accountability, economic empowerment, environmental sustainability, and inclusive growth.
The organization has successfully implemented development projects across Nigeria in partnership with governments at all levels, international development agencies, donor organizations, civil society groups, and private-sector stakeholders.
SEDFA's unique multi-stakeholder engagement approach — embodied in the PPCP Framework — distinguishes it as a bridge-builder between government, private sector, communities, development partners, and citizens.
